This cookbook was designed to take a playful approach towards raising vital awareness for Below the Belt cancer research. The impressive collection of recipes have been submitted by cancer clinicians, globally recognised chefs and ANZUP representatives, all of whom have embraced the sentiment behind this campaign and created a not-so-subtle dish gesturing towards often stigmatised cancer types.
