ANZUP 2024 Bladder and Prostate Masterclass

Overview

On Thursday 28 & Friday 29 November 2024, ANZUP will be holding a Bladder and Prostate Masterclass in Sydney. This 1½ day workshop is designed to help trainees develop their clinical trial ideas in Bladder and Prostate cancer.

The event will focus on:

  • An in depth focus on trial design
  • Clinical trials grant opportunities and grant submission
  • Trial coordination process
  • Current trends in Prostate and Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials research
  • Review of trials with rich data to workshop future applications of the data / ideation session.

The program will be convened by Tahlia Scheinberg and Cam McLaren, and will feature an array of experts in their field including Christopher Sweeney, Lisa Horvath, Craig Gedye, Andrew Weickhardt and Kate Mahon to name a few.

Our target participants are trainees and junior specialists (first 5-7 years of practice) in urology, radiation oncology, medical oncology, nuclear medicine and imaging. Successful applicants will be supported to attend this exciting new initiative. Limited spaces are available, and applications are open to Australian and New Zealand ANZUP members, and we have two spaces for ANZUP members from overseas.

Registration fee – $200 (for those accepted)
