ANZUP Connect Mentorship Program
The ANZUP Connect Mentorship Program is designed to connect members across our multidisciplinary community to support professional growth, knowledge sharing and career development. In clinical research settings, mentorship is associated with great research output, including more publications, increased grant success and faster career progression.
This six-month program provides a structured yet flexible opportunity for mentors and mentees to build meaningful connections and learn from each other’s experiences within clinical trials and cancer research.
Why participate?
As a mentee, you will:

Who can apply?
The program is open to all ANZUP members across disciplines, roles and career stages.
We encourage applications from clinicians, researchers, trial coordinators and other professionals involved in clinical trials.
Program structure
- Duration: 6 months
- Mentor–mentee matching based on experience, goals and interests
- Recommended monthly meetings (virtual or in person)
- Optional resources and guidance provided
